• Peel and dice 250 gm of raw bananas and cook them with 1 black cardamom seed in a pressure cooker or a pot with water until soft.
• Drain the water and mash the bananas in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of kootu ka atta (wheat flour), 2 tsp of sendha namak (white rock salt), 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of chilli powder, 2 tsp of lemon juice, 1 chopped green chilli, and 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

• Shape the dough into small cylindrical rods and dust them with some more kootu ka atta.
• Heat 1 tbsp of desi ghee in a pan and fry the kababs over medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
