मक्के की रोटी एक स्वादिष्ट अखमीरी रोटी है जिसे मक्के के आटे या मक्के के आटे से बनाया जाता है। यह पंजाबी व्यंजनों का एक लोकप्रिय व्यंजन है और इसे आमतौर पर सरसों का साग (सरसों का साग) के साथ परोसा जाता है। घर पर मक्के की रोटी बनाने की कुछ विधियाँ इस प्रकार हैं:
• In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of maize flour or fine cornmeal (200 grams), 1 teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain) and salt to taste.
• Add warm water little by little and knead a stiff and smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes
• Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 5 inch diameter circle with the help of some maize flour for rolling. You can also use a plastic sheet technique to roll the roti easily

• Heat a tawa (flat skillet) over medium flame and place the rolled roti on it. Cook for a minute and then flip it. Spread some oil or ghee over it and cook for another minute. Flip again and spread some oil or ghee on the other side. Cook until both sides are golden and crisp.
• Repeat the same process for the remaining roti. Serve hot with sarson ka saag and some jaggery
