Peel and chop 300 gm of water chestnuts and pressure cook them with some water for 4 whistles or until soft.
• In a bowl, whisk 1/2 cup of yogurt with 1 tsp of gram flour, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, and 1 tsp of amchur (dry mango powder).
• Heat some oil in a kadai and add 1 tsp of mustard seeds and 1 tsp of cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add 1 chopped tomato and some salt and cook until mushy.
