मुझे दलिया रोल की कई रेसिपी मिलीं। मुझे मिली एक रेसिपी “द सीक्रेट इंग्रीडिएंट” वेबसाइट से है। दलिया रोल बनाने के लिये दलिया को पानी और मसाले में पकाइये, फिर इसे मसले हुये आलू और कटी हुई सब्जियों में मिला दीजिये. मिश्रण के रोल बनाकर ओवन में बेक करें। यहाँ नुस्खा है:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cook 1 cup of Daliya in 2 cups of water with salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala.
In a separate pan, sauté 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green bell pepper, 1 grated carrot, and 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
Add the cooked Daliya to the pan with the vegetables and mix well.
Add 2 mashed boiled potatoes and mix well.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Take some of the mixture and shape it into rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
