अवयव:
1 कप दही, 1/2 कप दूध, 2 बड़े चम्मच कोको पाउडर, 2 बड़े चम्मच चीनी, 1/2 टी स्पून वनीला एक्सट्रेक्ट, 1/4 कप चॉकलेट चिप्स, 1/4 कप फेंटी हुई क्रीम, 1 बड़ा चम्मच कटे हुए मेवे (पिस्ता, बादाम आदि)

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add besan, yogurt, water, ginger paste, green chili, turmeric powder, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter without any lumps.
Grease a steamer plate or a cake tin with oil.
In a large pot or a steamer, add water and heat it on high flame.
Once the water starts boiling, add Eno fruit salt to the batter and mix well. You will notice that the batter will become frothy and light.
Pour the batter into the greased plate or tin and place it inside the steamer.
Steam the dhokla for 15-20 minutes on medium flame or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Once done, remove the plate from the steamer and let it cool down.
Cut the dhokla into pieces of your desired shape and size.
For the tempering, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add sesame seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves. Saute for a few seconds.
Add water and let it come to a boil.
Pour the tempering over the dhokla pieces and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Your delicious Gujarati Dhokla is ready to serve! Enjoy it as a snack or as a light meal.
