1. पनीर टिक्का:
अवयव:
200 ग्राम पनीर, क्यूब्स में कटा हुआ, 1/2 कप हंग कर्ड, 1 टीस्पून अदरक का पेस्ट, 1 टीस्पून, 1 टीस्पून धनिया पाउडर लहसुन पेस्ट, 1/2 टीस्पून जीरा पाउडर, 1/2 टीस्पून गरम मसाला पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर, नमक स्वादानुसार 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल स्क्युअर्स
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
Add paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat the paneer cubes.
Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Thread the paneer cubes onto the skewers.
Brush the skewered paneer cubes with oil.
Place the skewers on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the paneer is golden brown.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
